After seven years experience in the industry and having recently completed his Real Estate Diploma, Lee York has all the credentials to service the valued clientele of Jennings Hopkins.
He studied Geophysics at Curtain University, however in 1999 his interest in property motivated him to join the real estate industry.
Lee believes in the simple philosophy of treating others as he himself would wish to be treated. He realised that the most important factors in his ambition to become an exceptional agent is to be totally honest in all aspects of business.
Communication is one of his strong points and he understands the frustration of not being kept informed about the progress of the sale.
Lee understands that the real estate industry requires a careful balance - a harmony between achieving the best result for the vendor, and finding the perfect home for the purchaser. He feels confident that in applying the values of a Champagne Service he is living his philosophies to the full.

A passionate surfer, who feels at home with most water sports, Lee enjoys wakeboarding and skiing as well as diving - the ideal pastime for our South West lifestyle.
Lee comes from a very close family, who have contributed to one of his life's greatest assets - his respect for others.
